Ronan is a founding partner of Campbell Cairns and has over 25 years of experience in the Northern Ireland property market.
Ronan graduated from the University of Ulster with an Honours degree in Estate Management in 1993 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Ronan is an RICS Registered Valuer.
Specialist areas include commercial sales, acquisitions and valuation services, in which Ronan has represented many local and national companies and institutions.
In his spare time Ronan is a keen mountain biker, regularly competing in the Ulster and Irish XC Race series.
Jeremy is a founding partner of Campbell Cairns.
Jeremy is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 25 years of commercial property experience having commenced his career with Churston Heard in London in 1987, returning to Northern Ireland in 1995. Jeremy deals with all aspects of commercial property specialising in retail property acting for both landlords and tenants. He is the retained agent for many well known UK multiple retailers advising on both professional & agency matters.
Outside the office Jeremy is interested in all sport, he plays golf regularly and is a season ticket holder at Ulster Rugby. He has also been known to complete the occasional Saturday Parkrun (very slowly).
Claire qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996. She joined Campbell Cairns in 2002 to head up the Property Management Department and since then has built a reputation for providing a pragmatic and proactive service with an emphasis on quality and professional advice, geared towards maximising the value of clients’ investments.
Claire acts on behalf of a range of private clients, management companies and investors and is directly responsible for a varied portfolio of retail properties, office investments, industrial estates and high quality residential schemes across Northern Ireland.
Having 4 children doesn’t leave much spare time but outside the office Claire is a keen swimmer and swimming coach and a (very slow) runner!
Aine joined Campbell Cairns in 2000 to complete her placement year from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown. Upon graduation in 2002 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management she commenced full time employment with Campbell Cairns. In 2003 Aine qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and in 2007 she was promoted to Associate Partner.
Aine is a RICS Registered Valuer and carries out valuation work as well as other professional service instructions including rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of both landlord and tenant.
When Aine isn’t working she likes spending time with family and friends and shopping. With a new baby family time is precious and shopping (for herself) is now a thing of the past.
Sharon has been with the firm since 2008. She is responsible for all finance matters within Campbell Cairns. She is responsible for the account processes for all management instructions across the company’s portfolio.
Sharon works closely with Property Management Surveyors, Landlords, Tenants and Client’s Accountants, with whom she has built good relationships and meets their individual needs.
Outside of the company Sharon enjoys trampolining, but that might be just to keep an eye on her daughter…
Ciaran qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991 and has over 25 years experience having worked in England and Scotland before returning to Belfast in 2003. Ciaran was a Director with the Whelan Property Consultants and CBRE where he provided valuation advice for secured lending, accounts purposes and loan book sales.
Ciaran is a Registered Valuer and a Chartered Arbitrator. Ciaran also specialises in providing valuation advice on business properties including petrol stations, nursing homes, hotels and public houses.
Outside of work Ciaran feels that his chance of playing on the PGA golf tour has passed him by, we would agree. Other interests include the odd 10k run, weekends in Donegal and Premiership football.
Emily joined Campbell Cairns in the summer of 2016 and currently works within the company’s agency team specialising in the disposal and letting of properties across all sectors of the market. She provides professional/expert advice to a range of clients.
Emily also assists the management department and carries out inspections, she liaises with tenants and Landlords to ensure necessary works are carried out to the properties.
Outside of the office Emily like to travel, recently enjoying city breaks to Reykjavik and Barcelona and now looking forward to a roadtrip along the East Coast of America.
Courtney is responsible for reception, secretarial and administration services in the office. Courtney “front of house” plays a key role supporting the professional staff.
Outside the office Courtney enjoys going on European city breaks, with her favourite city to visit being Rome. She is also interested in outdoor activities and likes to go camping.
